1. Service Description

Visibility Lane™, operated by BAYAN, provides career advancement tools specifically designed for LinkedIn content creators. Our platform offers a free Starter plan and an Executive plan ($49/month) to help you excel in your career while building professional authority.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Visibility Lane™, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription Terms

Pricing plans: Starter — free, 1 generation per month, 3 LinkedIn posts. Executive — $49/month, weekly: 3 posts, 5 comments, 3 DMs, 5 carousel slides.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You will receive an email notification before any price changes

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our trusted payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked:

• Cancel through your account settings or by contacting us
• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for the remaining days of your billing cycle
• You can resubscribe at any time

7. Service Availability

Visibility Lane™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Visibility Lane™ are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Visibility Lane™. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibility Lane™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data; loss of business opportunities; service interruptions or errors; or unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visibility Lane™ from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive behavior toward our team or other users
